Passengers' name rendered in the booking must be same as per passenger's passports. Incorrect names may cause penalties or invalidation of travel vouchers.

You can choose any date of travel free of charge, subject to availability.

For entry visa and transit visa, passports should have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey.

It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain all Entry Visa or Transit Visa.

Once a travel date has been confirmed, any amendments must be advised and confirmed latest by 48 hours before travelling and will incur charges if there’s any.

It is passenger's responsibility to check carefully for any errors made in the booking details, flight itineraries and travel vouchers immediately upon getting them.

Prices are subject to surcharges during Peak season and Holiday season. . If you wish to travel, supplement fee per person will apply.

To cancel your booking or to make an amendment to your existing itinerary, you will need to contact your local call centre for assistance. Any cancellation /amendment will be subject to charges.

If you wish to book extra services that were not included in your original booking (for example extra nights' accommodation) you can do so by contacting us, subject to availability of the additional services.

If you have booked a package and wish to reduce the duration of your hotel or car arrangements, this may not always be possible due to the restrictions attached to the type of air fare booked. You should contact us and we will tell you if we can meet your requests.

All packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Please pay attention to the billing currency indicated on the package. Billing currency would be the currency in which you will be billed in.

Prices and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice before issuance of travel voucher.

Prices are not guaranteed until travel vouchers are issued and full payment has been received.

Email address must be correctly furnished. As a customer, you agree to accept email as a means of communication and delivery of Travel vouchers and confirmation of your booking. In doing so, you agree not to hold

As an additional measure to protect our customers,

may request for photocopies of your credit card (back and front) and a Credit Card Authorization Payment Form to exclude the possibility that the card is being used by a third party, even after payment has been made. As a customer, you agree to cooperate and provide the necessary documents to
